I have compiled a list of easy lifestyle habits you can implement to improve your day-to-day life. These are not complicated by any means (don't worry) just set reminders to do them until they become habits.
In the morning...
- As soon as you wake up, stretch on your bed. I found this Youtube video to be helpful with in bed stretching positions that help you wake up.
Keep in mind, you don't have to do all of these (LOL) but doing a few helps start your day
- Drink a glass of water! This will help with your metabolism. You can also mix it with apple cider vinegar which has awesome health benefits.
- If you can go to the gym in the morning, I recommend it to get it out of the way if you are not a gym junkie
- Have a cup of green tea to help you sleep better, improve brain functions and facilitates digestion
- Write down what you are hoping to accomplish the next day
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep!
